Chick’n & Waffles, the latest Flavor of the Month from Baskin-Robbins®, is a deliciously deconstructed take on a brunch favorite, and it is the company’s entry into the competition to determine who makes the best fried chicken.
Beginning on March 1, customers will be able to purchase the new flavor, which will be followed by the debut of the company’s first-ever Bottomless Brunch on March 7 in New York City. On March 26, Baskin-Robbins will also be releasing a new Get Egg-cited Cake in the hopes of easing your transition into the Easter season.
It all comes down to these five words: chicken and waffles. Ice and cream both. The Chick’n & Waffles flavor, which is making its debut as the Flavor of the Month for March, consists of buttermilk waffle-flavored ice cream with plenty of crispy chick’n and waffle-flavored pieces that are drenched in a rich bourbon maple syrup flavor swirl.
This new flavor from Baskin-Robbins is a must-try for both classic ice cream enthusiasts and daring eaters because it is inspired by one of the most famous food combinations ever served for brunch: chicken and waffles. This scoop is like having breakfast, lunch, supper, and dessert all in one bite since it combines sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy flavors.
What, no meat? It’s not a problem. This one-of-a-kind ice cream has been meticulously constructed to imitate the flavor of fried chicken, but the best thing is that it does not include any actual chicken and is still quite delectable. Don’t discount Chick’n and Waffles until you’ve given it a shot; it has the potential to blow your mind, as well as your taste senses, this month.
As a result of the fact that every pink mouthful of this flavor contains a hint of brunch, Baskin-Robbins will be holding its very first Bottomless Brunch in New York City. At the local Baskin-Robbins located at 1225 1st Ave, New York, New York, on Tuesday, March 7, customers can enjoy free Chick’n & Waffles ice cream, unlimited scoops, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Bottomless scoops are offered, but only while supplies last**; therefore, guests are encouraged to arrive early in order to sample this insanely delicious new flavor in a limited-edition Chick’n & Waffles cup.
In addition to releasing a new flavor, the ice cream brand will also be selling a spring-themed cake called Get Egg-cited Cake from March 26 until April 9. Baskin-Robbins uses a unique fault line icing technique to create the appearance of an egg that has been cracked open. This technique was inspired by the pastel colors and patterns found on Easter eggs.
A confection that will make your mouth water, it is adorned with whimsical sugar eggs, swirly tri-colored rosettes, accents of icing grass, and colorful confetti quins. The Get Egg-cited Cake may be personalized for each guest by incorporating their preferred ice cream and cake flavors. It will make a wonderful complement to your family’s brunch, lunch, or any other celebration including shells.
